“Gazing into Eternity” (Luke 23:43). Jesus’ interactions with two thieves being crucified with him reveals not only his posture toward them, but also their posture toward him. Together, they show two possible responses to Jesus and the gospel, as well as the results of choosing one over the other. It’s a choice that matters more than many people realize.
